Adv. Jitendra Dharod is the Managing & Founding Partner of Dharod & Associates and has rich and diverse professional experience of more than 3 decades. He specializes in White – Collar Crimes, Real Estate Litigation and Civil Litigation.
Jitendra is a law graduate of the K. C. Law College, Mumbai. Prior to founding Dharod & Associates, Jitendra worked as a Defence lawyer for Regional Transport Office (RTO), Customs and Income Tax Department. Thereafter, he expanded his practice in White Collar Crimes including Cheque-bounce (Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881), Fraud, Cheating, etc. He is widely known for his legal expertise in Redevelopment and Conveyance of Societies.
